The transfer institute focuses on long-term cooperation with its international partners. Therefore, we don’t just find our partner institutes from the yellow pages, but we check personally that they meet our standards. When we select an institute the following aspects are particularly important to us:
Long-term experience in mystery shopping
Highly trained panel of mystery shoppers
Extensive expertise in the relevant segments/industries
Once we have decided on an international partner, the organization in question will be trained in the relevant market by transfer’s management team before our first joint project.
