Our “assets”: the mystery shoppers

  • The transfer institute currently has its own panel of 1.000 mystery shoppers representing a cross-section of the adult German population, with the main age group being 30-65.

  • New mystery shoppers are mainly recruited at the recommendation of our existing mystery shopper pool.

  • Before their first mission all transfer mystery shoppers undertake basic training (including memory tests) as well as an individual industry-specific advanced training course. About 75 percent of our mystery shoppers are trained to hold on-site coaching.

  • Most of our mystery shoppers have been working for transfer institute for many years.
